https://cityindexcompany.com provides exclusive access for fans to interact with their favorite celebrities through private subscriptions, meet & greets, event bookings and curated fan experiences packages.

All services are subject to availability and depend on celebrity scheduling and participation.

Eligibility

To use our platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making purchases.

User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to impersonate another person or use a false identity.
• To respect the privacy and boundaries of all celebrities.
• To not record, distribute, or share any interaction without express written permission.

Private Subscriptions

Upon purchase, we provide you with access to verified private social media handles or communication portals.

Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior during any communication may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access with no refund.

Meet & Greet Policy

We coordinate logistics between the fan and the selected celebrity. If the celebrity becomes unavailable, we will:

• Offer a rescheduled time
• Or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days in such cases.

Event Booking

Once payment is received, our team negotiates directly with the celebrity on your behalf. We also handle accommodations, security, and logistics.

If the selected celebrity becomes unavailable:

• You will be offered a reschedule
• Or issued a full refund (see Section 8)

Fan Experience Packages

All experiences are based on the selected celebrity's availability and preferences. Virtual experiences may be subject to time zone differences.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted in the following scenarios:

• Celebrity cancellation or scheduling conflict
• Technical errors that prevent the service from occurring

Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction not caused by https://cityindexcompany.com

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, layout, and services offered on this platform are the exclusive property of City Index Company and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Actions or behaviors of any celebrity outside the scope of agreed engagements
• Delays caused by force majeure or third-party factors
• Misuse of any interaction recordings or personal experiences by users

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform if we believe your actions violate these terms, pose security risks, or cause reputational damage to our brand or celebrity partners.

Dispute Resolution

In the case of any disputes, parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If not resolved, matters will be governed by the laws of [Your Country or State].
