Kevin Costner

Kevin Michael Costner, born on January 18, 1955, in Lynwood, California, is a celebrated American actor, director, producer, and musician. Raised in Compton, California, Costner developed an early interest in sports and the arts, eventually pursuing a degree in marketing and finance at California State University, Fullerton. However, his passion for acting led him to Hollywood, where he began his illustrious career.

Costner gained prominence with roles in films like The Untouchables (1987) and Bull Durham (1988), but it was his directorial debut, Dances with Wolves (1990), that solidified his status in Hollywood. The film earned him two Academy Awards for Best Director and Best Picture, showcasing his multifaceted talent.
